Skagit Valley College Athletics is proud to announce a special Banner Reveal in honor of the 2024 NWAC Volleyball Champions!

Led by 5th-year head coach Joe Amaral, the Cardinals made history by capturing the college's first-ever NWAC Volleyball Championship, defeating Linn-Benton Community College in an unforgettable final.

The team's standout performances earned multiple postseason honors:

• Most Valuable Player: Hayden Claeys, Skagit Valley

• First Team All-NWAC: Sarah Cook, Madisyn Butenshoen

• Second Team All-NWAC: Tanna Kollen

In addition, Hayden Claeys was named the Baden NWAC Player of the Year, and Coach Joe Amaral was honored as the NWAC Coach of the Year.

Join us as we celebrate this historic achievement on Tuesday, June 10th at 4:15 PM in the SVC Gymnasium for the Championship Banner Reveal. A special gift will also be presented to our championship team members as part of the ceremony.
